IFS group Supervision

This is an experiential supervision group for IFS trained (level 1) and IFS informed therapists practicing IFS modality with clients.

Supervision is held as an interactive and collaborative process, one that supports therapists in recognising and caring for their own parts, improving client care, and facilitating both professional and personal growth. The intention is to strengthen the capacity to remain Self-led, both within the therapy room and outside of it.

This supervision space is rooted in connection, growth, and mutual empowerment. Practicing independently especially while using or integrating a newer modality like IFS can often feel isolating. This group offers a supportive container to reflect, learn, and grow alongside other therapists working from an IFS lens.

This group may not be suitable for:

  • Therapists who have not yet been introduced to the IFS model and are unfamiliar with its core concepts and language.
