Individual Therapy
I offer one-on-one psychotherapy for adults seeking support with their emotional well-being. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, moving through challenging situations, or finding yourself at a crossroads, therapy provides space for reflection. Therapy is not only for times of distress, it can also be a space for clarity, growth, and moving toward the next steps in your life with openness and intention. My approach is grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, and our work together will involve gently exploring the different parts of you, understanding their intentions, and helping them release burdens from past experiences, fostering a deeper relationship with your parts from your Self.

You’re welcome to reach out for a 20-minute consultation to discuss your needs, explore the approach, and ask any initial questions.
IFS Supervision for Therapists
Whether you’re IFS-trained, IFS-informed, or beginning to integrate the model into your practice, I offer supervision to help you deepen your practice of IFS.

Our work together will focus on skill development, connecting with your own parts, and leading from Self within therapy sessions. We’ll explore clinical cases through an IFS lens, attend to parts that arise in you as the therapist, and strengthen your capacity to stay grounded in your work.
Supervision also includes experiential skill practice through dyads and triads, role plays, and video observations of case consultations with Dr. Richard Schwartz followed by reflective discussions. Discussions are held with cultural sensitivity particularly attuned to Indian contexts keeping in mind legacy burdens of our culture, alongside ethical considerations and professional growth.
Both individual and group supervision options are available. Group supervision slots are now open for January, limited to six participants (for IFS trained and informed therapists only).

Workshop and Trainings

Befriending Emotions - Monthly Workshop

This 4-day (6-hour) experiential workshop invites you to slow down and meet parts of you with curiosity. Together, we’ll explore how emotions show up in the body, why they arise the way they do, what they’re trying to communicate, and how you can support them on your own.
Grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, the workshop includes reflection, journaling, somatic awareness, mapping exercises, and guided meditations. The space is intentionally slow-paced, playful, and reflective supporting you in noticing your parts, understanding them, and beginning to relate to them with more ease and compassion.

Next cohort: January 13, 16, 20, and 23, 6:30 PM to 8 PM IST

Some testimonials for this workshop
-
“I attended Befriending Emotions with Aarathi and it was an insightful experience. I could never understand on how to deal with different parts - usually in conflict with each other. I really liked the examples and meditations, helping me to understand it deeply. To be able to acknowledge each part and yet be able to see yourself separate from them - this was an amazing learning.”
-
“This workshop really helped me understand myself better. The meditations that took place was very well guided and She really helped me into myself. Her guidance and explanations to our queries is insightful. She created a very safe space for all of us to be ourselves and share without hesitation.”

“IFS is a tool everyone should have, and this workshop is a doorway to it. Super practical and applicable from the very first day!”
