IFS Individual Supervision
Supervision is a space to slow down, reflect, and tend to the quality of our presence with our clients, and within ourselves as therapists.
My approach to supervision is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and grounded in a broader understanding of Self, parts, and the relational dynamics within as well as outside. Alongside clinical exploration, we attend to the internal experiences that arise within you as a therapist, track your inner system to support a more Self-led presence, and build a deeper, experiential understanding of IFS concepts.
Supervision also tends to your growth as a professional including ethical reflection and a deepening relationship with your own practice.
Who this is for
Whether you are IFS-trained, IFS-informed, or beginning to learn and integrate the model into your practice, you are welcome to reach out.
This space may be helpful if you:
-
Feel stuck or uncertain in certain cases
-
Want to deepen your understanding of parts and their dynamics
-
Are interested in exploring your internal responses as a therapist
-
Are looking for a reflective, non-judgmental supervision space
-
Want to engage with IFS skills and concepts in an experiential way
How we will work
Our work together will focus on supporting you in being Self-led in the therapy room, while also caring for the parts that arise within you as a therapist.
Sessions are primarily experiential. This means we won't only talk about your cases or your inner responses, you will working with them directly, in the session, using IFS. You may be invited to go inside, notice what's present, and engage with your own system as part of the supervision process.
Sessions may include:
-
Reflective case consultation
-
Understanding client systems through an IFS lens
-
Exploring therapist parts and moments of blending
-
Working through stuck points or uncertainty
-
Deepening IFS skills and concepts experientially
The intention is to support you in feeling more grounded, confident, and trusting of your own internal system and clinical intuition as you grow in your practice.

Cultural and contextual lens
IFS is still growing within the Indian context, and much of the formal training is rooted in Western frameworks. In supervision, we will also explore how the model translates within our context including the legacy burdens that arise across geography, caste, culture, and family systems, and how these shape both the client's and the therapist's experience.
About Me
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and IFS Therapist based in India, with Level 2 IFS training, IFS Healing Circles (group therapy), and continuing education in the model. I work with clients and therapists across India and globally.
I continue to deepen my own practice through ongoing learning, personal therapy, and professional supervision because I believe the quality of our inner work shapes the quality of our presence with others.
I bring this understanding into supervision. We hold both the clinical and the contemplative. The parts work and the presence. The model and the lived reality of practicing in India.
A personal note
Supervision, for me, is a space of shared reflection.
Over time, I have come to see that what supports our work is not only what we know, but how we are with what emerges in our clients, and within ourselves. I work from an IFS lens, while also being informed by Indian contemplative traditions that speak of the Self as something inherently present, steady, and aware.
My intention is to offer a space that feels steady, non-judgmental, and spacious enough for you to bring both your clarity and your uncertainty.
If this resonates, you are welcome to reach out.
